3+3, nickel for 6 and 12 string guitars

These tuners are used on Duesenberg's 12-string guitars and the Mandola 12-string guitars. They have cylindric knurled knobs instead of usual tuner buttons. This allows more space saving installation. The position is fixed by two little pins, not with a screw.
